This can be a family event & is super fast to make when tummies are growling. Just cut the flat bread length-wise then in squares, triangles, sticks, etc. Top with a layer of sauce, then cheese then toppings. Cook under broiler until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
