WHAT WE'RE SNACK'N ON: CREAM CHEESE SAUSAGE BALLS

1 lb hot sausage, uncooked
8 oz softened cream cheese
1 1/4 C original Bisquick OR gluten-free Bisquick
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients until well combined. 

Preheat oven to 400°.
Roll into 1" balls. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet or lined with parchment paper.


Bake 20 to 25 minutes.

TIP: Make ahead. Freeze uncooked. Add a few minutes to baking time.
