WHAT WE'RE MAKING: SPINACH PESTO

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend:

1 C packed spinach
2 T fresh parsley
2 T fresh dill
1 clove garlic
2 T toasted walnuts
1/4 C feta
3 T olive oil
1/2 lemon, juiced and zested
salt & pepper, to taste
