Roll out on lightly greased baking sheet:
1 homemade or refrigerated can whole wheat pizza dough
Bake in preheated oven at 400° for 8-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook in skillet:
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 C chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
2 T taco seasoning
Then add in:
1 can black beans, drained
Cook 5-10 minutes more.
Remove from dough from oven.
Sprinkle 2 C cheddar or colby/jack cheese on dough.
Top with meat mixture.
Bake another 8-10 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes.
For taco pizza, serve with sour cream, jalapeno slices and salsa.
