Canaan only eats half a banana at a time. I get tired of the rest of it turning brown either on the counter or in the fridge; it's such a waste.
We know that you add lemon juice to apples & other to keep it from browning, so I thought, why couldn't I do that with a banana.
SAVE A BANANA
Take half a lemon and squeeze a drop or two of lemon juice onto the cut end of the banana then swirl it around the end to cover completely. Leave it out on the counter. When ready to eat, simply cut the end off.
