My 3 year old named this one. If you've seen Puss in Boots, then you know what he's talking about.
1 bag frozen edamame
2 T olive oil
2-4 T Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
Mix together and spread onto a baking pan or pizza stone. Cook in a preheated oven of 400° for 15 minutes.
