WHAT'S FOR BREAKFAST or BRUNCH? HAM & EGG MUFFIN CUPS


6 thin deli slices ham
6 large eggs
grated cheese (optional)
salt & pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350°. Line a muffin tin with ham slices.


Crack an egg into each.


Sprinkle with cheese, salt & pepper.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until eggs are cooked through.


Serve immediately.
