WHAT WE'RE COOKING? BLUEBERRY SOUP
1 pint fresh blueberries
6 oz plain Greek yogurt
1/2 C coconut milk
1/8 t cinnamon
2 T honey
Place all in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain through a sieve. Chill.
Serve with extra drops of coconut milk & mint leaves.
