GIFT IDEA FOR KID'S BIRTHDAY PARTY

Insert dollar bills and a note inside balloons.
Blow them up with helium or your own "hot air." 
Tie them together then tie a string to it.

    Preston loved it, though I had to send him back to get the note and popped balloons. He took the money and ran! Ha ha. Thanks for sending that and Mr Ryan out, Preston loved it!
