WHAT'S FOR DINNER? GRILLED BUFFALO CHICKEN

For those of you that like Buffalo chicken wings, you'll love this grilled chicken.



GRILLED BUFFALO CHICKEN
serves 6

2 1/4 lb chicken wings, thighs or drumsticks
3/4 C Tabasco (Buffalo style is really good!)
3/4 of a 12 oz can of cola
1/8 t cayenne pepper
1/8 t pepper
2 1/4 t soy sauce

Preheat grill to medium heat.

In a large pot, mix together Tabasco, cola, cayenne, pepper & soy sauce. Add chicken to sauce (even if frozen). Place pot to one side of grill so the sauce comes to a simmer.

Use tongs to fish out chicken and place them on the grill for 8-10 minutes. Return the sauce to simmer. Repeat process for about 50 minutes. The sauce will thicken. When the chicken is tender and pulls easily off of the bone, you have 2 options. 1. dip the chicken one last time and serve for sloppy style or 2. serve right off the grill for dryer wings.

This is the dry style.
