WHAT WE'RE EAT'N? GRILLED BROCCOLI

GRILLED BROCCOLI
6 servings

6 C fresh broccoli spears
2 1/2 T lemon juice
2 T olive oil
salt & pepper, to taste
3/4 C grated Parmesan cheese

Put broccoli in a large bowl. Combine juice, oil, salt and pepper in another small bowl then drizzle over broccoli and toss to coat. Let marinate for 30 minutes.

Coat grill rack with nonstick spray BEFORE starting the grill. Believe me on this one!
Prepare grill for indirect heat. 

Toss broccoli, then drain marinade. Place Parmesan cheese in large Ziploc bag. Add broccoli, a few pieces at a time, shaking to coat.

Grill broccoli, covered with foil, over indirect medium heat for 10-30 minutes on each side or until crisp & tender.
